The thing that intrigues me about the Cortez breaking them up is that what about the countless shots that Maidana DID happen to land flush on Khan's chin? So it was only when Cortez broke them apart was Maidana about to land the money punch that was gonna KO Khan. Ridiculous.

You dont seem to understand the dynamic of a fight. Aint been in the ring i guess.. not my problem. We are talking the WHOLE fight. If Maidana is allowed to work one hand free for all 12 rounds it sets a different tone. Breaks Khan down mentally, flusters him, breaks down his defense to set up a possible stoppage. Khan fought that fight with a tight high guard and very mobile.. popping shots from outside and mid range and then getting out of clinches quickly thanks to Cortez. When Maidana managed to get in on him on the ropes with hooks and uppercuts they were shots that A. Khan was braced for.. and B. Khan was blocking...

this myth that Maidana landed countless flush shots is ridiculous. Khan mitigated most of the punches with movement, anticipation, and the high guard. A high guard that could have been circumvented with one hand free roughing up. Anticipation lowered by flustering Khan.. and movement negated by having his ****ing arm pinned. Get it?

Maidana had to adjust his game a bit and thats how he even caught Khan. Cortez wasnt letting him use his full arsenal in the fight.. and it set a TONE. Made Maidana have to fight under certain terms. And he STILL had Khan hanging in by a thread at the end of the fight. And thats why he won a symbolic victory in that fight.

Now as for your insults..difference between me and you is I support alot of countries. And fighters. I am not argentenian. I am not hispanic. I support Maidana because of his fierce spirit. His unrelenting will. His promising ceiling. You support Khan because of the union jack. Thats IT.
