Will the Cold War end when Mayweather retires?

Or are the broken ties irreparable?

Or will it continue as long as Al Haymon, Richard Schaefer and Stephen Espinoza are at the helm?

I think in order to rectify the problem, you have to go back to what started it.

It's all smoke and mirrors, another excuse for Floyd to avoid Pac.

You may be right. Broner has more warrior qualities than Mayweather.

Power tends to consolidate itself, mayweather goes into promo when he's done. He and golden boy will rule after arum goes. Hopefully, top rank sticks around and begins to work with others. We need more promoters, not fewer.

It's getting to the point where the so called cold war won't matter. Everyone will just jump ship to GBP/Haymon/Showtime so who cares anymore?

it will end when ****** fanboys and posers stop consuming one-sided fights and claiming they are real matchups.

when the promoters cant make big PPV returns they will start working with each other. hopefully that begins with Floyd and Manny retiring.

Herschman made the decision not to match showtime's offer to floyd, not work with GBP and not work with fighters managed by AL Haymon.

It seems clear this will end when HBO brass fires Herschman.

Lets place blame where it belongs.

Why would they want to make the same mistake as they did with Berto?

They did not want to commit to a multi-fight deal where Mayweather would be fighting in mismatches. Seems reasonable to me.

And HBO works with 2 Al Haymon fighters - Arreola and Edwin Rodriguez.
