Good to hear he's OK. He's had a great career, and can still beat most of the fighters in his weight class, so this is really nothing to go frantic over. I wish him the best, whether he continues boxing or settles down with commentating. He's great at both.

Paulie went in there a bit overconfident. That's why he got beaten so badly. He thought he had power going in there.

He kept getting hit so hard because of a combination of that, and that he was always very flawed defensively. I've never seen him put the earmuffs on, let along keep his right hand on his cheek. He's also very bad at slipping punches. Essentially, he's Arturo Gatti with hand speed and no power.

best advice right there, he has a steady job that comes with a decent paycheck, it might not be fighting money but its safe money. take it.

I never thought Paulie would do much at 147 and I said so on this forum. I was wrong and I also became a fan in the process. I wish him good luck in what ever career choice he happens to make.

The fact the Paulie was able to accomplish anything after getting shut-out by Khan was impressive. Dude is like the cat with nine lives, but they finally ran out.

Paulie's jab has been lacking it's pop for a long time now and he's slowly become flat-footed as well. I wasn't expecting him to beat either Senchenko or Judah to be honest.

Porter is the real deal. He went in there and took control from the opening bell. He was faster, sharper, and stronger than Paulie. Maliganggi was on his last legs, Porter coming into his prime.

That's what a true ww does to a true career jww. Porter treated Paulie with total disdain and no respect. He knew he was stronger and didn't let Paulie dictate the fight with his jab. That was brutal. Porter didn't let Paulie clinch him and when he tried, he made Paulie pay dearly. Porter made me a fan. Many here had Paulie to outbox Porter, lmao. Wow!
