This is a ****** comment. Floyd hasn't been in a fight of the year BECAUSE HE CANNOT BE HIT. Diego Corrales was in a fight of the DECADE. But what happened when he was in the ring with PBF?

It's clear to me from reading this that a lot of you that are in America are just not used to seeing a fighter behave like Hatton does. He just is completely honest with himself and that is the reason why he mentioned not being up to par with Mayweather, and the reason why he says it's a fight that either man could win. Those are not statements of someone running scared, they're statements from someone who fears nobody but is not kidding himself about where he stands.

Hatton has always been like that; he knows he can't match Floyd for skill so why bother lying to himself or the paying public for that matter? He always fancied the job against Tszyu and did it exactly as he said he would do it.

Hatton is just not going to accept a Mayweather fight, which let's face it, is the biggest fight ANY fighter in and around those weights can hope for, on short notice or without knowing that he is ready to win. Why should someone like Hatton in his position give himself less than the best possible chance he has to win.

You guys are just so used to big mouthed fighters running around talking a bunch of **** about everyone when half the time, they can't back it up.

Hatton doesn't need to be like that, and half the reason he is as good as he is, is because he doesn't delude himself like other fighters.
