Shane Mosley shouldn't count since he cheated. We don't like cheaters up in here unless they're....... ohhhhh nvm.

Oscar and Shane fought way better guys then Floyd or even Manny. Cotto fought everyone but got Bradley beat by Manny and to a lesser extent Floyd.
Oscar got robbed vs Tito but he fought some tough opponents his whole career, even going to middle weight and getting killed by Bhop.
Shane cheated against Oscar and was embarrassed by Vernon and Winky.
Floyd arguably lost to Castillo but besides that barely even a close fight..could say he ducked a few tough guys at welter when he retired though.
Manny has one nemesis in Marquez who he will just never look good against in 100 fights at any weight. Has good wins vs Morrales and Barrerra and more impressive wins against common opponents with Floyd (except JMM)

              I'd say Oscar lol.

I'll go with Oscar. Win, lose or draw the guy had an incredible resume. With the "star power' he had he could have had a pretty padded career but chose to do otherwise. My hats off to him
