rumor has it that he went hard in the gym with a guy Hank Lundy lots of jawing back an forth, how do you equate that to Broner getting his ass whooped in sparring?

I'm no real fan of Broners but that's the exact thing I thought, So the kid's putting in a lotta of training and tough sparring? Nothing there says he was worked over, and in fact suggests that he's doing what he should be - doing the preperation and gym work.

Broner's nothing special. He has no defence and no movement. He does the shoulder roll but still gets touched. His claim to fame was walking down opponents because he was fighting midgets. At higher weight classes they pack a punch and he got done. He cant make 130 anymore and maybe cant make 135 but at 140 he will get beat.

In any case he's not the only one getting beat up in sparring. Benard Hopkins was getting touched for the Shemenov fight as well. We will see what form of Benard comes for this fight, hope what went on in sparring is not what will show in the ring otherwise he will get knocked out.

If Lyle Fitzsimmons wants to ever be allowed back to watch AB spar, he wont be honest and say he got his ass whooped. He started off by saying "If AB fails, it won't be because of slacking in the gym." That is what I equate to him getting his ass whooped in sparring. I remember the rumors of when I heard Errol Spence had him out on his feet during sparring and multiple people were there to confirm it and then they immediately they covered it up. I believe it and what Lyle Fitzsimmons is really saying is if Adrien Broner loses, it's because he wasn't slacking in the gym, its because he isn't what many people thought he was and that is visible in the way he's performing in the gym.

Hopkin's won't get KO'd fool. He may get dropped because he is frail, but the man has too many tricks up his sleeve.

Either way we won't know after May 3rd...Broner's camp did a good job of going back down in weight and fighting a guy who hasn't fought in some time...
