Pryor would definitely catch glancing blows if not his punches will hurt Floyd all over. Is Floyd technically sound enough to slip and roll all the Pryor's combinations? Could he lure Pryor into a slow pace boxing match?

Past it, slow feet arguello was outboxing Pryor. Mayweather decisions him. Pryor fights too dumb. Kinda like Bradley.Comment

Good point, Floyd would probably outbox him after the early rounds..
There are a lot of fighters in history that could beat Floyd, but I don't think Pryor is one of them,.
No he wasn't.. That's a myth.. They offered him the fight but Pryor turned it down.. Also Pryor was offered a Duran fight but also didn't signComment

Pryor was a great fighter, but a sucker for the straight right...is chin is right there to be hit when he punches....dropped Kid Pambele who was near 40 if not older, Arguello landed clean, monster shots and he was dropped by lesser guys in the early round of fights
Pryor would simply get outboxed in a competitive fight. He will throw a lot, land a few and make it exciting but Floyd will systematically turn the style of fight to his own. With Aaron speed, tenacity, strength and power he was used to either outspeeding guys or overwhelming them. With Mayweather he would face someone who is harder to hit than himself, faster, counterpunches great. I cant see him winning this fight. Just a bad style match up for a truely great fighting in PryorComment

A defensive boxer would ruin Pryors night.
Cervantes managed to be a nuisance for as long as he lasted by making Pryor miss and countering him. Cervantes was shot at that stage.
Wild and off balance swinging is not going to get the best of Mayweather.

Loved Pryor, but I'd have to go with Mayweather..Footwork and accurate punching would win him a decision..I believe he'd have rough spots tho,Pryor has fast feet and never stops punching, even when he get's clocked..I think this would be a fun fight tbh,esp prime for prime..Comment
