Mayweather-Pacquaio - last fight for both scenario.

Mayweather fulfils his contract with SHO, 49-0.

Pac finally beats JMM in a fifth fight.

Both have nowhere to go but each other. Last fight for both, and it's billed that way too.

The hype is enormous, gigantic - seeing two legends finally face off, the last time we see them. The fight, the event transcends boxing-heads and goes mainstream, everyone going crazy for it.

Months and months of hype to the point all the fans peak too soon and we all gotta taper it down, until 2 weeks away and then it builds again, the extraordinary hype and excitement.

Most people give Pac a small chance, but as fight night draws nearer, rumours leak that Mayweather isn't having a great camp. And, as with most fights, the closer a fight gets, the more people go away from their initial instinct (which is usually the right one) and start picking Pac to win.

The fight itself isn't the wipe-out everyone predicts. Pac starts well, takes the first two round, before Mayweather adjusts and sweeps the middle ones, until Pac has a late rally (though Floyd wins the last one to make sure there is no doubt). Floyd wins 8-4, Pac looks good for pitching a good performance and making Floyd look less than stellar at times.

Pac and his Mother embrace Floyd at the end, all the camps end the beef onc and for all. Floyd says Pac is one hell of a fighter, one of his toughest opponents.

    Fight does 3m PPV buys.

Both ride off into the sunset, calling it a career. An incredible night for boxing.

Next morning, we have to survey the boxing landscape; the comedown of knowing 2 beloved ATGs left the sport on the same night.

Knowing they have no option to but to end the beef, Top Rank and GBP vow to work together again.

Manny loses, of course (he's just come off a vicious boxing schooling from Paulie Malignaggi in the fantasy boxing realm).

doesn't even matter because floyd would be ducking clottey who is the linear 154 pound champ to fight a shot pac.

All hell breaks loose and Floyd blames Arum.

Then in a FightHype exclusive, Ariza comes out of the woodwork saying Manny was taking PEDS for years, he doesn't care about implicating himself anymore.

Arum gets on a podium during Pacquaio-Bradley 4 (Pac came out of retirement) and calls Mayweather a piece of ****. Floyd, Ellerbe and the TMT crew gatecrash it and cause Arum to have a stroke. Except unlike Mickey in Rocky 3, Arum fully recovers.

From his hospital bed, Arum calls Floyd a low-life, wife-beating degenerate. And that this will be settled once and for all in...

Mayweather-Pacquaio 2: This Time, It Really Is the End.
