A painting say 1000 words....No 5 fight let all of the sour g**** critics and fans shove that picture in their faces....Marquez won decisively so why a fifth fight?
if marquez sticks to his guns top rank and hbo will be in a world of hurt.

if marquez beats alvardo and decides to fight the porter malinagii winner what will top rank and hbo do lmao.

    manny vs alvardo up next!

Personally think 4 is enough, I'd watch a 5th but really don't see a point Marquez ended it perfectly for someone whos been robbed at least twice.
Robbed my a$$ dude, whatever, look, this would be a great fight regardless of what skeered pac-haters say... All 4 fights have been classics, your kid's kids will be watching those two some day. Why wouldn't you wanna watch a 5th when you consider all that has transpired since Pac's KO??? If Marquez would've won, UD or otherwise then you could have a case of "okay Marquez>Bradley, also greater than Pac.". As it turned out Tim outboxed JMM efficiently, not great, but got the job done in fashion none-the-less, and his win is legit. Well, Pac just outperformed and flat-out did better than Tim for a totally understandable UD lol which turns out was actually not quite as aesthetically pleasing as in their first fight (close, but not quite). So, I say to you Mr. JMM is better than Pacquiao bandwagoner, how could you say that their rivalry is closed when it totally isn't??? Listen, I've said and will always say that it was a lucky punch. But luck counts in sports so it is what it is but to say after two losses and a draw to manny that the chapter is closed, marquez winner is to say to all old school boxers who fought 4,5, even 6 times that theirs was a waste of time and promoting. If Marquez was dominating manny for the length of the 6 rounds it would've been one thing, if JMM would've hattoned manny that's one thing, but he didn't. Quite the opposite, manny juuusssttt about had ole juan down on the canvas needing smelling salts. Lucky punch all i gotta say, let a 5th fight perhaps bring about more clarity on who may be debated as the better of the two. At this point in time their names will be synonymous with one another, theyre both legends, just 4 wasn't enough lol bring on a 5TH!!!

If Marquez lost to Alvarado? He can retire all he wants while dreaming with Pac ko and the 2 losses in a row he suffered. He should also say goodbye to his ass for a would be $8mil-10mil retirement plan he threw in the drainage because even if he suddenly change his mind he has nothing to offer by then.

Crazy how Hershman went from a brilliant innovator at SHO to having no imagination while letting the biggest fights get away at HBO.

It's like they never told him that it's actually HBO who steals fighters from SHO not the other way around.

I get why he would like to make this fight with Pac vs Marquez. It would be a big PPV event for his network. It's the biggest money fight TR can make this year. You guys gotta remember Manny's contract expires this year. Pac might go the free agent rout. It's not that complicated. Some people feel Pac was going to finally finish Marquez in that 4th fight. Most People think Marquez landed a lucky punch. I would like to see a 5th fight tbh.

you have it backwards, manny had three previous opportunities to end marquez but couldn't get the job done.

it was marquez who finished what he started back at `126.
