this is the part where you're totally wrong...........pac made the demands first (let us remember that) for each pound you come in overweight it's 6 million dollars (that was in the contract) mayweather agreed but he was pissed. so he said "simple blood & urine test" throwing out his own demand in which manny quickly disagreed with.............why make a demand if you wasn't open to accepting another demand? (to me a drug test isn't even a demand) and the fight was DONE. the testing would have signed sealed delivered the fight. pac & his team really messed it up the first go...........which roach is trying to explain to you.
Roach admits it was pacquiao's fault the mayweather fight never happened...

Again. These are smart businessmen. They wouldn't even entertain negotiations in the first place if both sides didn't want the fight. And in 2010, the US was going through it's worst economic recession in decades, the future was not clear. So if you had legit business matters on the table, you better actively try to do something about it. Intentionally waiting would be quite risky. Why? The continuous failed negotiations built the profile of both fighters separately so they could milk the public with dud fights under the pretence that they were eventually going to fight each other.
If they fought in 2010, a loss for either would have been pretty devastating.
But you so stubbornly want to believe that it was all intentional, on some conspiracy theory bull****.Comment

So Roach is saying he blames Pac. So? What's the big fuss?
I myself blame Pac for not calling the duck's bluff from the very beginning. Money Mayweather would have been exposed early. Look at all these silly debates. I blame Pacman for this.
Things change. Mistakes were made. Pacman made a mistake of reinforcing the duck's tactic of geting out of the fight.
Pacman tried in the second negotiation. By that time Money Mayweather was found to be a cowering child. Not a mature, courageous, normal adult who anyone can deal with normally.
And these cult members are telling us he is not a duck. Hehe...Last edited by maguirre; 04-18-2014, 12:47 PM.Comment

Mayweather missed weight in his previous fight against Marquez. There was some evidence and logic behind the idea that he should be fined if he came overweight.this is the part where you're totally wrong...........pac made the demands first (let us remember that) for each pound you come in overweight it's 6 million dollars (that was in the contract) mayweather agreed but he was pissed. so he said "simple blood & urine test" throwing out his own demand in which manny quickly disagreed with.............why make a demand if you wasn't open to accepting another demand? The drug testing issue was all born out of unfounded accusations made by the Mayweather camp who shamelessly did everything to tarnish Pacquaio's reputation out of sheer jealousy. The drug testing is a facade anyway. Mayweather doesn't do Olympic Style testing. You guys keep swallowing this though.
Drug testing and the fight was DONE.....yeah that's what everyone kept saying until Floyd pulled the next roadblock out his arse and the next one and the next one.Comment

He had never missed 147 pounds, though. But even then, no issue, it was accepted.
No one stateside had done it. And Floyd and Manny were not going to do 365 days or random testing. Why? Because they were negotiating a fight that would take place in a 4 month time span. But, it was a start. Manny and his team liked it at first. Had his trainer talking tough about how he would pass ANY test. Then..... their minds changed. HmmmmmmThe drug testing issue was all born out of unfounded accusations made by the Mayweather camp who shamelessly did everything to tarnish Pacquaio's reputation out of sheer jealousy. The drug testing is a facade anyway. Mayweather doesn't do Olympic Style testing. You guys keep swallowing this though.
It literally was until Manny wanted a MONTH with no testing. Manny suddenly became weak when his blood was drawn, he was superstitous, etc. 30 whole days, then it all hit the fan and had to be taken to mediation. And there, Manny rejected a 14 day offer of no testing and fights Josh Clottey. But apparently, Manny is in the clear here, it's the other guy's fault.
