How does floyd agreeing to fight pac and pac turning down the fight equate to Floyd avoiding pac?

While us fans think Maidana will be an easy win, one of the things that makes Mayweather a great fighter is how he doesn't assume any fighter will be easy. He prepares for Marcos Maidana the same as he would anyone else.

I'm no fan, but you can't deny Mayweather's work ethic or preparation.

There is no need to try and sell this fight. The undercard fights alone are all great and should leave every Boxing fan well satisfied. Floyd's defensive skills are the best in Boxing and he should have very little problem picking apart Maidana.

Hahaha Molina vs Broner is just a Fight to get back Broner on track. Molina is not that good enough to beat Broner (if Molina beat Broner, Broner should go back to 130).. Khan vs Collazo is little bit interesting, khan first bout at welter but I'm not Hyped for this undercard and the Main event we all know the Script, Boxing School, 0 punch trade, jab and jab and more jab and Maidana trying to chase Mayweather but Floyd Speed and defense will be too much for chino Bla Bla Bla.

How the media and Mayweather-worshipers allow Floyd to take an easy fight like this and not even try to negotiate with Pacquiao is a slap in the face to his fans and his legacy. This is a lame attempt by this koolaid sweet blood pumping coward to promote this one-sided fight. Think Alexander's shut out of Maidana to the millionth power.

I will give GBP props on some decent undercards. Bob Arum's undercard for the Pacquiao fight was a disgrace. Bob needs to die already seriously. Bob Arum is not a great promoter for boxing in general. Arum is a great promoter for milking the people out of money with horrible undercards better than any other promoter in history.

I think Mayweather will never lose a fight until he retires.. But besides that, nobody ALLOWS Floyd to do anything. Floyd does what he does whether anyone agrees with it or not. He should have fought Pac way back when, but those arguments are non stop as far as who to blame. Pacman is great, I like Pac and Floyd both. Pac was the toughest fight for Floyd then, and would still be his greatest test today. But let's not fool ourselves into thinking Floyd will lose to ANYONE. Technical skills, Top Defense, No Risk Taking. The guy is not the most exciting fighter, but he does what he has to do to win.

War Maidana, yes he is the underdog and i expect Floyd to probably win but Floyd is getting hurt or dropped on May 3rd and if that happens Maidana also has a chance. Upsets can and have happened. No one is unbeatable. Floyd is in for a tough fight on May 3rd. Believe it.

Sorry but.. with the current stable of fighters today, Floyd is unbeatable..Canelo had the best chance besides Pac of attempting to defeat Mayweather. Maidana drop Floyd? I understand you are a fan of Maidana, but please be reasonable.

Perhaps you can chalk it up to Leonard Ellerbe speaking in a way that will help sell Floyd Mayweather’s upcoming May 3 pay-per-view match, but the executive with Mayweather Promotions is talking up Mayweather’s opponent, welterweight titleholder Marcos Maidana.

“This is going to be a tough fight for Floyd,” Ellerbe said on an April 16 media conference call. “A lot of people have kind of paid attention to the odds, but when it comes down to a fight, we know that Maidana can end this thing with one punch.
