his feet are fast and he was too strong for paulie to clinch. paulie couldn't box on the outside because of the footspeed. the only answer would be to hit him with something and get his respect. paulie couldn't.

i'm glad they stopped that. i don't like to see people hurt that badly. paulie was in scary condition on the canvas, under those ropes.

Even before that, he was getting hit too clean. Every shot was flush as flush could be and unexpected by Paulie.

Porter is much smarter than people give him credit for, and he has great timing.
