If anybody could KO Hagler it would be Jackson. The speed of an object determines it's power. If I throw a bullet at you, it will not do anything to you but bounce off you and piss you off. But if it is shot out of a gun, it would penetrate your flesh, and possibly kill you. If Jackson landed that homerun punch...
