The guy who waits till everyone is wash up,avoids someone by accusing them of steroids when they are the ones using them. A guy who has a title unification bout at a catch weight first time ever in boxing history. The guy who excepts fights from prime fighters only if they move up in weight than has the nerve to cheat one of them at the scales. Does that describe the guy your looking for ?
