No way a 10 rounder is a PPV. It'll be a non title fight

If he intends to keep his title, obviously Lara will have to pay the relevant sanctioning fee,
. Why Lara was to pay if the fight is for a tittle?. Can someone explain how it works?. IF the problem is Canelo will not make the weight I thought he is the one who has to pay and not Lara.
For me is a nonsense Canelo doen;t want the title. For me it seems a weight problem he has

Kudos to Nelo for telling the WBAssh0les to kick rocks. Either way, in my mind, and in my heart, this one is for THEE jr middleweight title. Floyd is technically the champ. But, he's not a jr middleweight and probably has very lil interest in fighting in that division again. These are the best two jr middleweights in boxing. And the winner will be THE MAN in that division. Can't wait

I have been harsh on canelo in the past, but huge props for canelo taking on all comers..
undefeated trout, floyd, angulo, lara.... four straight fights..... That is an oscar type schedule,,, if only floyd did the same throughout his career...

Huge props for canelo, this site will be crazy as this fight approaches
Floyd fought Oscar, Hatton, Marquez (looked bad initially, not bad after the fact), Mosley, Ortiz, Cotto, Guerrero, Canelo, Maidana in a row. That's not bad. There's 2-3 Top 10 P4P guys in there and the ones who weren't were all Top fighters at those weight classes.

This is a big fight. Way better then Chavez-Golovkin, though I'm excited for that one too. I doubt I will be able to afford both PPV's in the same month though.

I was under the impression that non-title fight is automatically a ten-rounder.

The WBA "regular" title doesn't mean anything any way. Not when they also have a "super champion" in the same weight class.

I have no problem with this being a non-title fight under those circumstances.

Props to Canelo for not letting them squeeze sanctioning fees out of him for both the Mayweather fight AND for Lara which is what the WBA is essentially trying to do.

No way in hell would I order GGG-Jr. Nelo-Lara is worth buying. I was intending on attending Cotto-Martinez, but I've scrapped that one. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't even order that. But I've become a bit of a Cotto fan. So I'll probably order and about a min into the first tound regret it when Martinez is beating Cotto to a pulp. No plans on ordering Floyd-Chino. I'll catch it at the threatre though. Stacking up to be a big year. Too many damn PPVs though. Especially for someone like me who's sole reason for subscribing to HBO and Showtime is for boxing anyway.

But the problem is Canelo who is not sure to make a weight, right?. BEcause if not nobody wanted to fight for a belt with such penalty. I believe the business is good enough to pay any fees associated, but Canelo is the problem with his uncontrolled weight. Also for me is a nonsense that Canelo doens;t want a belt

Plus or minus one pound is funny. Canelo giving himself breathing room. That's some Chavez Jr. like dealing
