First off, who said Bradley was never good? I have never heard anyone say such a thing. And lets be real here, Pac didn't blow Bradley out, he won a unimpressive fight.
Now Maidana is a true champion at 147 and you can't say he is not. Bradley rants and raves about Maidana, so does that make him a ***** in your eyes?
