Pacquiao's Knee/Leg Issues In Fight Vs Bradley

When a reporter asked Manny about his leg issues against Bradley (post fight conference, video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPcr...yljr1RbSs4Ymaw Jump to the 2:35mins mark): Manny mentioned that it wasn't exactly a leg cramp but it was hard to move.

Can someone please shed more light on this? What exactly was the problem with his knee? Was this the reason why his foot work absent in the fight?

It's been an ongoing problem for him (knee injury) since 2009.
