That in-screen thing they did with her was a seriously bad call. I couldn't concentrate on the fight at all with that madness unfolding in the corner of the screen.
I forced myself not to look. I was too engrossed in the fight, and also felt it was a bit voyeuristic focusing on a mother losing her mind over her son being in a very dangerous situation. But I'd be lying if I didn't admit that family members being there adds to the drama and emotion of the occasion. Again, just hits home how high the stakes are.
