Garcia by decision. I don't think Ruslan can do anything Matthysse didn't, and probably wouldn't do even that much. I wouldn't count Ruslan out, but I think he loses fairly convincingly.

Ruslan would apply more pressure and wouldn't allow himself to get tangled like Matthysse did in the 11th, which was a 3 point swing. Garcia is extremely squared up for Ruslan's overhand punch delivery.
