Actually though,I dont think hatton has a great left hook,he has one,but I wouldnt call it great compared to Cotto's and castillo's.I dont think he's made it a winning punch like these other 2 have.
]are u crazy his left hook to the body is the most winning of all left hooks
he has dropped half of his opponents with it

        No,I not crazy.

Castillo Used it beutifully against the likes of Corrales,in both fights, dropping him twice in the first, and stopping him the secondwith it.And the knockingout Casamayors mouth piece, like ultimate mentioned, and in wearing down Julio Diaz.

Cotto has made the hook effective it ummm...every single fight of his Ive seen.

So I wouldnt call hatton's the "most winning of all hooks"

i'm not a fan of Trinidad but he did have a great left hook.

but right now i like Castillo's left hook, he uses it like he should and throws it beautifully. he throws it to the body and the head. he uses it in combos or as a lead. really good stuff.

all time, that a tough one, there hae been so many good ones.
i'll stay out of that arguement, but a guy that was known for his devestating power in both hands and had a tremendous left hook was Julian Jackson.
although never really touted as a left hook kind of guy, he had a monsterous one.

Dude you guys are too excited over JLC's last K.O. over Corrales.

His best punch is the uppercutt. Not the Left hook.

I don't know what you guys are talking about.

Julio Cesar Chavez had a BRUTAL left hook to the body. The best left hook to the body I've ever seen. Then of course Frazier.

you have to admit, not mentioning his last win, but his left hook is top notch.
he beat the piss out of Diaz with it, he landed all night long against Corrales in both their fights. and he uses it as a primary weapon, body to head, at the end of a combo, or as a lead.

he gets good leverage on it, turns it over nicely, he uses it on the inside and from the outside.

his uppercut is good, but he gets more chances to showcase the left hook, and it's effective.

it might not have been his trademark but it's defiantly been effective for him......

                    Oh you know it.

I'm as big a fan of his as anyone else around. I've seen him fight for years now...and I'll tell you it's a great punch.

Though I belive his uppercutt on the inside is his most effective punch in the arsenal.

He used it to break Stevie Johnston down, used it to neutralize Floyd's movement on the ropes....and basically is an equalizer in dealing with fighters who are more mobile.

Lazcano's uppercutt is hard. JLC's is harder and the both of them layed serious leather on eachother with that punch.
