False. Just because I use the internet does not mean I support everything that's in it, just like by visiting this site doesn't mean I support everything that's in it. I don't visit several parts of this site because they don't interest me and I don't want to be a part of them (like the Lounge, Video, History... etc sections).

They'll eventually realize that if they're 100% ad-supported with a free online product, more people will tune in and they'll make more revenue plus they won't have to worry about "illegal" streams if there's an official free stream. They won't lose their PPV revenue though if they just make it around a 480p stream. People who want HD will buy the PPV.

They've already started to realize it anyway - you can see full fights on Youtube through HBO or BoxNation official channel for free. Just a matter of time when they implement it live.

Support the sport you follow and enjoy. Showtime and HBO are around $30 monthly and you get plenty of quality boxing in HD, well worth the money. If you can't pay for a PPV, then go to the theater or to a bar or pay less for the SD version. Most of you spend $50-$70 on meaningless crap anyways.

Again, piracy has no place in boxing. I like seeing the law put their intimidating foot down and terrorizing the scene.
What, if not piracy, is the "answer" for an increase in the amount of annual exorbitant PPVs with ****ty undercards then?

That's not me being facetious, either. I generally want to hear what you think the remedy to this problem (which has been ongoing in boxing for the last decade) is.

That's assuming you can come down off of your moral high horse long enough, that is.

Shout out to my man guru for bringing joy to those that couldn't afford to see the fights. I didn't read this whole thread so i don't know if there is some type of fund to bail him out, but I would donate a couple dollars as a thank you.

I don't know? but he was def making money off that stream from the ads he had on it. Some of those illegal streamers make thousands of dollars per event. Those annoying pop ups come up and you have to click this tiny little X half of the time you end up clicking the ad and have to wait again till it says wait 20 seconds to turn off this ad on the video.

i remember heard some illegal streamer in Europe made $400,000 in one year from those click ads, like the ones that are on boxingscene.
