Floyds 0 is what keeps him marketable. Not his fighting style. If Floyd had 3 losses on his record he wouldn't even be a ppv fighter. His drawing power consists of those tuning in to see who can beat him.

THis is ridiculous. You have no idea why people support his fights.

The most likely reason is they like watching him fight. Why does that bother people here so much?

He didn't knock people out because the bigger guys he was fighting had durable chins, but just because he wasn't knocking them out doesn't mean he wasn't hurting them.

Let us not forget that he pretty much ended Margarito's career. He made Mosley want to quit in his corner, and he could have very well ended Rios career as well.

Maybe not a KO in the books, but those fights definitely should have been stopped.

Of course Roach is gonna back his fighter. What, is he gonna say Floyd's legacy will be more distinguished and credible than Pac's??? He's saying exactly what he's supposed to say. I wouldn't give a rat's ass if Manny knocked everyone out from Cotto til now, he still wouldn't touch the 2.45 or the 2.2 million buys Floyd did. He only got to do the numbers he was doing by following Floyd's model but look at the numbers and you see who's doing it. They go behind him and beat who he beat one year later and oh my god, Pacquiao is a better fighter. Stop it.

floyd's best win is diego corrales and he has never faced a legit hall of famer in their prime.

Pacquiao's legacy/resume is clearly better than Floyd's. Pacquiao has more division titles, more historic accomplishments, more fighter of the years, more knock outs of the year, more wins vs hall of fame opposition etc..

Floyd's resume is really thin compared to other ATGs if floyd is even one.

Floyd said, "If Khan beats Jesse Vargas then he can have a fight with me." Its the same as smith. The public wants Floyd to fight a top opponent, and even tho no one is demanding a fight between him and Lara, Lara is the only person that Floyd will have fun beating up. Floyd is too strong for WW.

Floyd can fight Lara right now, just because he has a decent resume. Now if Lara were to beat Canelo then EVERYONE may demand the fight right? We both agree on this.

The thing is, I have a hard time even believing Lara can Beat Canelo easily. You all compare him to Rigo they are nothing alike. Rigo is a defensive specialist, while Lara is a one dimensional runner. He runs in a straight line, rarely moves his head, took allot of punishment from Perro who is SLOW, WEAK, Powerless. Rigo would embarrass a fighter like Perro.

Now Canelo is a better fighter than Perro. Stronger, faster, slicker, and fights like a Veteran. Canelo vs Lara almost seems like a size disadvantage to Lara. Lara is a little bit bigger than Floyd, but because of his technique he will seem weak against a Jumbo muscle man like Canelo. Canelo will be the biggest, buffest, strongest, fastest guy Lara has faced. And because Lara is a runner you all act like he's fast. He's actually very slow and weak. While Canelo is much faster than Lara. When Canelo applies pressure he is MUCH better at it than Perro.

Saying all of this to say, I dont know WHO will win out of Lara and Canelo. But Lara will take TONS of punishment. This fight can literally SNATCH Lara off the table for Floyd. So who's next? Martinez is a 160lber, Molina is locked up and needs several high quality wins, Kirkland needs some high quality wins. Floyd is too strong for ww, and Canelo got WALKED down by Floyd. I only wanna see Floyd test his skills against the best.

Bradley and Pac are with TR. You already know where I was coming from, so why are you pretending otherwise bro? Canelo can fight Lara after Floyd fights him and it wont matter to Canelo. But if Floyd fights Lara after he gets dropped 5 times in a fight with Canelo, coming off a win against him OR coming off a loss to him, you all will say its a cherrypick.

Learn about boxing moron and stop being so one dimensional. Floyd has 3 fights left to test his ATG skills. He can fight Lara right after Marcos. But not if something goes wrong with Lara and Canelo because Canelo aint no joke with the hands.
