WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley (31-0, 12KOs) admits he was having thoughts of suicide, because of the vicious abuse that followed his controversial twelve round split decision victory over Manny Pacquiao in June of 2012.

According to Bradley, fans would hurl verbal abuse on the street, he was being torn apart on the internet on a daily basis, and death threats began to roll in as well.

I like Bradley, he's a blood and guts warrior who will fight until the end and for that you have to respect him but now let's call a spade a spade- YOU DID NOT WIN THE 1ST FIGHT 8-4!! I'm being generous saying you may have won 2 rounds, maybe 3.. With that being said, suicide is not an option- it's a selfish act that only hurts your family. I know the fight saturday night will be a great 1 but I truly feel the end results will be Pacquiao by UD.... Good luck to both fighters..

Aside from the 2 moron judges, there are 2 types of people who thought Bradley won that 1st fight. #1. Bradley's trainer & his family members, #2. Those people who hated Manny Pacquaio sooooooo much. Vast majority (that includes Mayweather clan) saw it differently. Anyways, Its glad to know that Bradley has an extra motivation. He needed that come fight night.

Agreed on the first sentence. On the second, he didn't say he was suicidal; he said he had thoughts of suicide. Slight difference.

As for Bradley, I'm glad he realized most people ain't ****. He seems really motivated in this fight. I believe he'll win it.
