Thats the thing you see, if you are a B level aussie fighter and can get a fan base here in aus then you are able to make 1-2 million a fight fairly easily.

I watched the knockdowns earlier. It looked like slapstick comedy. Mundine has definitely mastered the art of comedic theater.

mundine is done and never fulfilled his potential anyway, plus he is an idiot for dropping to 154. He actually always does look gaunt at weigh ins and was a grown man fighting at 168 anyway. He should have stayed there or at 160.

i don't get that impression at all. AFAIK Mundine is popular from his football days, as a crossover athlete and easy to hate jacka$$. Danny Green had some following, but guys like Vic, Katsidis, Dib can't get much business done, and Geale only does ok unless vs Mundine.
