Yeah , and Darchinyan was the second one after Rigo who has dominated almost entire fight against Donaire.

It's the reward you get for making a name for yourself one way or another.

Young Vic was knocking blocks off at a lower weight class and got a lot of buzz due to being in exciting fights so his name till this day can make people pay attention.

Paulie has made his name as a showman in and out the ring and his mouth has gotten him where his talents couldn't

Young Mosley was a KO monster, has a prime DeLaHoya on his resume and is one of 3 special fighters to sport the name "Sugar" and deserve it

Young Judah in his prime was "Super" entertaining with his lightning fast speed and power punching + is an entertaining character (stool throwing and all) and i'm sure attaching Brooklyn permanently to his name didn't hurt either.

When you think Arce you think of a blood and guts warrior in Poncho and Black Sombrero.

End of the day they all have some sort of star power, wether it be talent a look or their mouth, they all have a sort of staple that people can relate to or tie to their identity. How you market yourself goes a long way in an industry like this. There are many solid fighers with good enough resumes to get the big shots but their names don't ring enough bells to sell as an attractive opponent to casual fight fans. It's just business.

Well, considering what Vic has done, it's not surprising. He's always been able to get back up after a loss, however, now that he's reaching close to 40 I'm not sure that keep being viable. He's deserving, much more than guys like Paulie, Judah etc.

He's a big name that people now think of as little risk, high reward because he's ****ing ancient for a little guy, but fighting in divisions that he's just not naturally built and big enough for.

I really hope he can pull one last great one off, particularly after that devastating loss last time out. So close to such an epic win. That's been one of the hardest losses for me to take in a long, long time.

                  Come on Vic!
