Lara controlling the distance and the tempo of the fight, Canelo waits until he stops moving before throwing, but he did land some good bodyshots which is smart.
Round 1. Lara comes out lunging in with a long jab that lands on Canelo's face. Lara already tagging Canelo swiftly and moving in and out. Lara's footspeed advantage is already immediately evident. Lara pelting Canelo with jabs and forebodes a long night for Canelo already as Canelo misses over and over and the speed advantage becomes ever so clearer. Canelo rips a good shot to the body. Taht's what he'll have to do to stand a chance. Misses a straight right lead and Lara's footspeed again gets him in and out before Canelo can retaliate in any conceivable way. Lara picking him apart a bit already as Canelo hits nothing but air. This does not bode well for Canelo!
Canelo misses again and again as a relaxed Lara pelts him from the outside and moves effortlessly in and out of danger!
