Canelo vs. Lara: Post Fight Discussion Thread

Round 3 begins. Lara is fluid relaxed and confident. Canelo is still determined and stalking but unable to do anything. Their feet keep getting crossed as it is orthodox vs. southpaw. Canelo is showing better head movement now and slipping alot of Lara's shots. Both are missing as this is a more strategic round. Canelo throws a bomb and misses as Lara once again is way too fast and jukes out of the way. Canelo just can't handle the angles and by the time he throws a telegraphed shot, Lara is already turning onto an angle away from it.
Again Lara's fast footsped gets him away from a Canelo shot. Canelo stalks and Lara not doing much in this round as the crowd boos a bit. Canelo attempts to pick up Lara again in a clutch.
Lara running in this round and potshotting only with jabs while Canelo misses shot after shot and is clearly frustrated.
Lara not doing much but at least landing whereas Canelo is literally missing. He just missed and hit the ropes just like when he famously punched the rope in the Mayweather fight.
Round winds down as Lara runs without doing much but Canelo missed pretty much everything he's thrown. Canelo launches huge bomb and misses. Hard to score as neither did much. Canelo showed the aggression however could not connect anything. Lara ran all round but connectd on jabs. Canelo is very frustrated probably Lara round 3-0

LOL Canelo hit the top rope again and Lara pointed to it. Good defense by Lara but he's wayyy too inactive, that left hand was the cleanest punch of the round but they might still give it to Canelo, he needs to be busier!

I think Lara's got this unfortunately. He's gonna throw 10/15 punches a round and land the eye catching ones cos of canelos lack of head movement.
