I'm a bit surprised Lara is holding a 60-40 edge in this poll. My own thoughts are that this fight is practically 50-50. Anytime I read a post where someone seems convinced of one outcome or the other, I'm real skeptical. I think we're in for a great fight come July 12, and anyone thinking Landy's gonna run got another thing coming. This one's for all the marbles and Lara knows it.

If Canelo tries to out box him he looses. If he also gases out by the sixth round he looses. I'd like to see him do an impersonation of Porter or Madiana and just press the crap out of him. Right now I'm leaning toward Lara. he's a hell of a boxer and EXTREMELY defensive. Kind of like Mayweather but bigger.

He's definitely the leading candidate...unless Lara derails him first.

Much respect to Lara. He's definitely got himself a world class beef bayonet there.

We won't know whose is bigger until the weigh in, though. Though I'm putting my money on Canelo.

Lara's from Cuba, so his snake is closest in demeanor to a snake that likes the water, like the anaconda. It's dangerous without a doubt, but it prefers to ambush its prey. It doesn't risk enough to establish itself as an ATG snake like Canelo's has.

Meanwhile, Canelo's snake is a desert dweller indigenous only to the wilds of Guadalajara. Suited for much harsher climates, therefore much more resilient and dangerous. When threatened, it acts like a spitting cobra - Spewing it's viscous love nectar into the pupils of any who dare oppose it.

It's truly a tremendous specimen.

Canelo will try and come out like he did vs Angulo. He will not be successful due to Lara's movement. And once he feels one of those laser lefts, he will think twice before coming out like that.
