i don't. certainly not now without another series of wins. all he did was beat up tony mundine. it's not like he's done anything else since sticking his head in the sand against manny pacquiao.

clottey's gameplan was clear, time pac with his counter while pac is on offense. it's just that pac never overcommit on it.
these floyd f@gs are quite something arent they?

do they accuse floyd of paying off his opponents because floyd opponents also have reduced punch outputs compared to when they fight other guys.

Floyd reduces his opponents punch output because of his defense. Pacquiao does it with his offense. Yet when pac does it, lets not give him any credit, lets say clottey was paid off. Just like when pac knocks guys out, he's juicing, when he's not knocking them out, he's off the peds.

      Floyd fans are ****ing repugnant.

I agree with you as i never said he should get a shot right up next. Its that this was not a bad start towards that direction and if he gets another one or two good wins id like to seem him in title contention at 154lbs.

Some of these comments are way over the top. Clottey beat mundine FFS. Then half of you wanna put him with canelo, or floyd? Seems like any1 wins a fight at 154 the immediate response is " he should fight canelo or floyd "
Just settle it down a touch. Clottey even said himself he'd want a couple more fights to see how he went b4 even mentioning bigger names. By beating mundine doesn't prove anything just yet. Clottey has been in the ring with top dogs b4 and knows what it takes. If mundine had of been a challenge, power, footwork, speed and clottey still won then he could go 4 big names but he knew himself mundine wasn't anywhere near the level the big boys r at. That's how he controlled the fight so well.
Mundine couldn't answer him back with anything. No power what so ever, no footwork, terrible defence (trying to shoulder roll)
Mundine is terrible once a bit of pressure is applied. Even Garth Wood applied pressure and got a ko after a handful of pro fights.

That's my 2 cents worth anyway!

                    Damn good fight!!!

Clottey was in beast-mode and all Mundine could do was hold-on and move. Mundine had no answer for what Clottey was doing.

this is why floyd ducked clottey. clottey knows how to destroy the shoulder roll. you won't see floyd at 152/154 anymore now that clottey is back.
