Not to mention that Froch is getting his biggest payday (and the biggest purse at 168 ever, I suspect)...
Froch is winning even if he loses this fight -- he may retire...
But Froch also wants to surpass "Calzaghe's legacy"...

He gets a decent payday for this fight

... Hearn could have had sold two Wembley stadiums for this fight...

I'm really surprised by how many people feel Groves has a shot..I do believe Froch underestimated Groves in their first meeting..Groves really did nothing special imo,he dropped Froch..Yet Froch work his way back into the fight on the cards, and too the point he hurt Groves late in the fight a few times..Froch is going to know Groves a lot better in the rematch..Big trouble for Groves imo..

I really don't see that. I think it's surprising that so many people fall into the same trap as the last fight, thinking Froch has all the advantages, when really he doesn't.
He's got better stamina and is tougher, but in terms of skill and power - Groves takes it. It's quite an intriguing match-up this - and whoever wins it will not be easy.

In the power department Froch has the edge Laced, you could see him moving Groves with his punches in the end, Groves did a job on Froch in the first, but I really don't think he can do that again, but everything about this fight just screams massive entertainment. I've watched the first fight about 7 times. I would give a finger to have gotten the last 4 rounds, I imagine Froch taking it because Groves was getting hammered in the 8th and 9th (so was Froch but he was bull rushing THROUGH his punches.)
Btw. Froch later in the fight gets hit a lot of times, with that 1st round punch, question I'm asking is, if it hadn't hit in the first round, would he have gone down?
