because that was his first real lost in over 10 years. why would roach have that talk to manny for so soon? now if pac was to lose again then that would mean 2 lost. so now its time to start thinking about retirement and have that talk with manny IF he loses.

if he loses to bradley i can see him fighting maybe 1 more time if he doesnt retired right away but thats it. i dont think pac is gonna continue on, just look at him u can tell this is taking a toll on him. look at his abs work out routine, dude is in pain and struggling now as compare to before.

Considering his financial difficulties I would be very surprised if he doesn't. His name is going to be worth money for years, and it seems like he's always going to need that money. Physical decline doesn't really make much difference in that equation.

Last fight with Marquez showed how superiour is Manny over all his possible opponents. That knockout was a accidental, before this he was outboxing Marquez much more impressive than Bradley did with Marquez.
First fight of Pac vs Bradley was a disgrace to boxing and to judging overall.

roach is a great trainer and has done an amazing job with pac but i never felt roach and pac's relationship was real. to me its just like the relationship pac has with arum. as soon as pac starts to decline arum and roach will leave pac in the ditch, although i think arum is worst but roach is not a saint.

one thing i notice is during the 4th marquez fight when manny got knocked out, when manny came back to his senses, i saw ariza gave him a hug then and wipe the sweat off manny's face, then u see roach in the back ground with a dull look on his face like manny just let him down or something. it was like roach was more concern about winning than what just happened to manny. either that or roach just didnt wanna show his feelings in front of everyone at the time.

the begining of round 4 one of the hbo commentator mention that pac may not be fully cover mentally and roy mention that he was fully recover physcially and mentally at the end of round 3.
