Good list but @ WW, Pacquiao hasn't beaten an actual WW since Shane Mosley in 2011, sure the guys he's fought are now campaining at WW and are some of the best(Bradley, Marquez). Marquez came up in weight, Rios, Bradley, Algieri were all JWW's coming up. How can you remove Floyd who beat a WW in Maidana, and put Pacquiao there for beating a JWW at a catchweight? I know it's hard for fans to admit, because it's not something that happens often, but Floyd Mayweather Jr is the best fighter in two different weight classes. He beat Canelo and Cotto, the two best fighters at 154.

I just feel that Pacquiao's win over Bradley meant a lot more than the two Maidana wins which I felt showed Mayweather as a much slower fighter. But I don't want to turn to a Pac/Floyd argument as i'm a fan of both - I have no issue with anyone ranking Floyd over Pac at 147.

Do you have a recent list?

Bradley has been fighting at welterweight for 3 years now, he's a full time welterweight. Most of the top guys at welterweight have moved up from lower weight classes, including Maidana.
