Exactly. If anything he is Klitschko's #1 fan. He was even in their documentary.Comment

Most boxing fans don't even know those two, at least casual sports fans have heard of Wlad. Flyweights will never sell.Comment

Canelo: No amateur background, pre-prime, rather limited and over-hyped
Cotto: FADED, Floyd ducked him when he was prime. Had been stopped twice before but Floyd wouldn't go for the KO
The Ghost: blown-up featherweight
Victor Ortiz: A joke, KOed by faded Collazo
Shane Mosley: OLD, age 40, Floyd ducked him when he was prime
Floyd just went for the decision wins over even faded opponents, except when he saw the chance to sucker-punch the childlike Victor Ortiz.
Wlads last 5 fights:
Povetkin: Prime, WBA titleholder, former amateur multiple Gold medal winner in world tournaments including 2004 Olympics
Pianeta: Prime, undefeated, never been down as amateur or as a pro
Wach: Prime, undefeated, never been down as amateur or as a pro
TT: One of the strongest and most durable HWs, awkward southpaw style
Mormeck: former world champion. Not a good opponent, but Klitschko KOed him easily.

Povketin hasn't done much in the pros and the fight was unwatchable anyway. Wach and Pianeta simply don't belong at world level. Thompson is the only half decent opponent Wlad has fought since Haye.Comment

Rafael worships Klitschko.
Chase (Dallas, Tx)
Hey Dan,Do you think I'm crazy saying that Vitali Klitschko wrecks almost all heavyweights in history at his best? People think I'm insane when I say he would be competitive or beat most ATG's like Joe Louis, Ali, Foreman and Holmes. To make a still very, very good Lennox Lewis almost look one dimensional on short notice solidifies my position on this. I just want to know how you feel about it so I know If I'm fooling myself or not. Thanks.
Dan Rafael (2:04 PM)
I agree with you.

Would be funny if ESPN used the "on air talent" they have now to do the blow by blow of the fights.
The Klitari on here would have a melt down if Teddy Atlas was commentating.
