Come on networks, show us which one of you is really about BOXING!!!!
It will probably be in Japan. None of them are going to japan to televise a fight that happens 9am ET/6am PT and wont get ratings

I would put money on this fight landing in Japan. Gonzalez has fought there several times and has a following himself in Japan. Plus guys like Yaegashi, Ioka, and Inoue already make good mony fighting at home. I highly doubt HBO or any other American network would even pay theses guys as much as they already make let alone more to get them to travel outside of Japan. I read somewhere Ioka makes about 300 to 500,000 a fight, and that's for a non high profile fight. I'm assuming someone as popular as Yaegashi makes around the same.

Imo there's no doubt about that. At least for right now.

I agree. Even though their flyweights almost everyone knows who Yaegashi and Gonzalez is and that their must see TV.

I just saw the other day on boxrec that Srisaket Sor Rungvisai vs Carlos Cuadras is scheduled for May 31 in Mexico. That's about fight that has foty written all over it. But both guys are unknowns compared to Yaegashi and Chocolatito.

If the winner of Estrada-Segura faces the winner of this fight, that would be a superfight

By all accounts, the winner of those fights would be the undisputed champ. Who cares that some random bum holds the last title
