Frampton is a very talented fighter. He'll be one of Britain's best fighters for years to come IMO.

He's just really unlucky that a fighter of Rigo's ability is in the same division as him. Because as long as Rigo is around I can't see Carl becoming the Super Bantamweight Champ.

I think Frampton will surprise a few against Santa Cruz though.
