    Bojado's future

I haven't heard much at all about Bojado after his loss to Leija. I think that he needs a guy like McGirt in his corner because he didn't seem to want to let his hands go against an old, tough gatekeeper like Leija...and that's exactly what McGirt would get him to do. I think the kid has nice skills and should get back to his older style of fighting...at least for the time being.

He needs Nacho Beristain in terms of success in the ring.

Bojado had all the tools and had Leija at his disposal in his last fight he just didnt know what he was looking at.

A trainer like Beristain would have told him like it is. To let his hands go that the guy is ready and that he is gonna loose unless he does so.

Now that i think about it though i havent seen Bojado in a while he probably needs a shrink as well so he doesnt have any "inner demons".

I think Bojado is still in the game...he's young and marketable, but you know Main Events/HBO will find a way to milk this cow. He may not be on Cottos' level, but maybe he needs to fight Cotto? Who knows?

He needs a good trainer and dedication. He has everything else.

when i first saw bojado i looked like a younger faster fernando vargas, but he wasn't able to maintain, i dont think that now he will ever be the fighter he could have been. He career will be interesting to watch though.

in some fights he looked amazing, in other fights he looked average. it woulda been so sweet down the road: cotto vs. bojado and maybe this fight can still happen but bojado has to get his act together

What nobody has mentioned is that most fighters look to be in good shape when they fight and that Bojado has a little too much baby fat. Perhaps he could fight at 130 or 135 and have a little more success.
