Wouldn't surprise me if this doesn't do too well. It's a rematch of one of the worst robberies in recent years, Bradley doesn't really sell, and Pacquiao's relevance isn't what it used to be.

I'm very excited, but it's obvious why casuals wouldn't be.

Exactly. Pac vs Marquez V would probably sell out (not that i want to see it).

you can't really use that excuse.....bradley just did a ppv that sold 300k plus some. if this fight does anything less than 700k(which it will and then arum will lie/inflate the real numbers) then this fight is a failure from a business standpoint.

The fight obviously isn't going to sell well. But I expect every hardcore fan to purchase the PPV.

Maybe people think the same fight is going to happen again. I think most of the people that watched the first fight saw manny winning by a somewhat wide margin in a mostly non eventful fight. Other than the terrible judges scores, there is really no need for a rematch.

Which is exactly what I'm saying. The fight will probably fail. It's not an excuse to know why the fight will fail. Not to mention Bradley didn't sell anything against Marquez, that was all Marquez.

I'm sure most people expect the same fight as the first time, or a beating by Pacquiao. The outcome won't be in doubt in most people's minds. Hard to get yourself to buy a fight where you are sure the main event will go a certain way and there's no undercard to justify paying.
