It was actually taken for Louis Vuitton in some ad campaign, apparently Ali insisted that his grandson was included in the photo.

Man this **** aint photoshopped!! At least I don't think so. No sources say it is fake either. Mutha ****as that is Ali's grandson!!!
Also apparently this was news in 2012.
Although I will say it is photoshopped to make it look nicer, you think photographers are still legit nowadays? Every media photo is put onto photoshop now
