I'd be interested to see how 122lbers reacted to Malignaggis punches. I'd imagine the 30lb weight difference would lead to Paulie being able to hurt Rigondeaux, but Paulie isnt even a Juan Diaz or Bradley type of soft puncher who can occasionally stun their opponents. Probably still doesnt punch as hard as Donaire, but he has much better fundamentals. His jab may be able to mark Rigo up pretty badly.

hell yeah to both. He's stronger then you think, especially to someone that small. He was walking down Broner some. Then Paulie is one of the top pure boxers in the game. You act like he cant box. Thats a horrible matchup for Rigo. Rigo wouldnt be that much faster, not the harder puncher, wouldnt have a huge pure boxing advantage or anything.

Paulie would just walk him down. What could Rigo do? Try to move around and box like Paulie isnt fast also, taller, longer, and has the skills to reach him. Rigo is a beast but he isnt God and Paulie's not some chump. Broner is super fast and strong but alot of people think Paulie just beat him. Alot of people are also picking Paulie against Porter but just because he doesnt have killer power, you think anyone can beat him?

Even without power he's fighting big guys and giving them hell because he's such a good and smart fighter so how is someone that much smaller going to trouble him? Alot of people think Rigo would struggle one weight class up but you think Paulie will have trouble?

With a 30lb weight advantage Paulie, who already has a strong chin, wouldn't even feel the punches. This is a ridiculous scenario.
