Who does Bob Arum want to win - Pacquiao or Bradley?

Is he backing that rising Bradley stock, or is he with the ageing but still marketable Pacquiao?

Pacquaio IMHO. I thought it wouldn't matter because PAC would win decisively but after seeing episode 2 of 24/7 I'm thinking it's gonna be close. Bradley was focused whereas pacquaio and his team except roach were acting like they are on vacation.

        Pacquiao

        Why?

He wants a JMM vs Pacquiao 5 and he's hungry to cash out on JMM before he retires!

Pac wants to leave and fight Floyd.....and make millions. That's millions of dollars that Arum will not see a dime of. Bradley intends to stay loyal to the Bobfather for many years to come.

JMM = close to retirement. Pac = close to retirement. Floyd = close to retirement. Cotto = close to retirement. How many other guys out there for either GBP or TR are PPV fighters at this point? Just Canelo, Bradley and maybe a few Euro guys. Arum needs to have a PPV fighter in his stable after those dudes retire. In order to be marketable, you need to be undefeated.

Bradley should win this because Arum won't let Pac ride off into the sunset for that Floyd payday before retirement and Bradley will be his #1 guy after those other guys retire. JMM and Nacho don't want another Pac match anyways but Bradley would fight JMM again after he beats Pac.

I don't know. People would buy pac vs marquez V but who would buy Bradley vs Marquez II?

If bradley loses he might rematch provodnikov to get a belt?

Who will pacquiao fight if he loses also provodnikov?

They are out of interesting matchups...

If Bradley loses he can still come back, and people would feel some sort of natural justice was restored. If Pac loses he's pretty much done.

Give me a break--Bradley is never going to be a PPV star. He's a decent foe and/or spoiler for a PPV star (which is still a solid way to be marketed), but he will never headline a card...never

you realise the first pacquiao-bradley robbery took place just before marquez IV right?

i think the whole purpose of the robbery, if it was truely orchestrated, and by arum, would be pacquiao-bradley rematch, a fight now that will get more attention from the public, bradley is a guy that supposedly beat pacquiao once already, in a rematch he shouldn't care who wins, although like mathed said, pacquiao is flirting with the end of his top rank run and arum might feel threatened

Wasn't Manny's contract about to run out before the first fight as well?
