Just give up on unified lineal champs in boxing, its not gonna happen other than in isolated/accidental situations. There is much more money in having 30 champions per division.

Did you even read what I posted? It says in bright bold red font ALL the titles. That's what you have to do to become Undisputed since February 2007.( that's when all the major sanctioning bodies began recognising wbo as being credible enough)

Let me know when Floyd fights Lara or Bradley/PAC winner.

Kell Brook has the mandatory for IBF this summer and he seems serious about it finally so I don't think Floyd is getting that.

These guys at LHW dont want to see Kovalev so ALL the titles wont be unified

unifying those usueless titles is often impossible. they all have separate agendas, and those agendas don't have anything to do with who is the best boxer.

just look at the rankings of those damn belts. they mean nothing.

the winner of a box off between the two best fighters in a division is the only way you reestablish a lineage. stevenson and kovalev would have to fight.

ring magazine has hopkins ranked higher than kovalev, but that';s because he's a goldenboy partner, and goldenboy owns the ring.

I know that you did, and whether Kovalev did duck Hopkins or not, you're missing your own point! You say it's the one division where ever champs want to unify ALL titles, dismissing 147 because of Mayweather vs Pac/Bradley! Yet you by your own admission named two fights that were ducked in the Lightheavy division!

yes, ring now has outside influence. thats the reason the TB rankings were introduced made up of a group of highly-esteemed writers. those are the rankings i go by. here are their current lineal champs for your enjoyment to view:

                  HW: Wladimir Klitschko
                  LHW: Adonis Stevenson
                  SMW: Andre Ward
                  MW: Sergio Martinez
                  JMW: Floyd Mayweather
                  JWW: Danny Garcia
                  JFW: Guillermo Rigondeaux
                  FLY: Akira Yaegashi

It's all money,Guys don't want to fight anyone dangerous because they know they can make decent money in low risk showcase fights. Getting rid of all the ridiculous titles would help a lot.

Floyd doesnt need to fight Lara to unify anything, and please name me all the unified champs in boxing...you asked why fighters are not trying to be undisputed..i name a unified champ in 2 divisions at that and you frown on it and shoot it down
