Hell of a fighter in USS Steve Cunnigham! the man's resolve is amazing. Steve's legs have looked better, but he gets himself in such phenomenal shape! his pedigree is 2nd to none - Mansour was supposed to steamroll him, very humbling experience, now lots of heavyweights will be knocking on Amirs door - he looks beatable now... I think Amir needs a new trainer, he was out of his league with no answers!

Mansour a real class act, definitely tip my hat to him. Cunningham did what he had to do to win. Two tough as nails fighters in there tonight.

Steve might have won with his God but Smolger sure helped with a nice long count that took him out of the round. In my opinion Steve was also in a tough fight with a 41 year old club fighter and he really should think of retirement. That is before any half decent heavyweight really puts a hurtin on him.

What did Amir say in the post fight interview? I switched it when they went to commercial to the OKC vs HOU game

I can see Cunningham still hang with guys like Perez or Jennings. Guys like Arreola, Stiverne, Wilder, he should stay the hell away from.

Cunningham can potentially beat Wilder if he can somehow secure that bout. I don't know if he can retire, does he have medical bills for his daughter?

                  Yes, Smoger was poor.

He acknowledged Cunningham's daughter's condition, said he was almost in tears the day before. Gave credit to Steve and said it was back to the drawing board for him. Good-hearted guy.

When Mansour fought Maurice Harris last year I knew then he was beatable. I didn't know Cunningham would be the man to do it.

Im a bit disapointed about Mansour, hoped and thought he would whoop Cunningham....but probs to Cunningham, he deserves it and im sure it is a great moment for him. I would cry tears if i were him. So hes still in the mix and can still earn some bucks in boxing.
