I'm one of those people who believed that Pacquiao should have always agreed to the Olympic Style Drug Testing, but I believe Bob Arum convinced him not to do it so he wouldn't have to share the promotion. But at the same time I also believe that Floyd has made so many excuses after Pac agreed to blood testing that it was clear Floyd was worried and ducked Pac.

With that being said, I'd bet everything I own that Marquez was on steroids for the fourth Pac fight. His body never looked like that in any other fight. He was landing the same shots he always landed on Pac with no where near the same effect. He was being trained by a known cheater who is a master at beating tests, so a urine test would have been nothing special for him to get Marquez to pass.

Marquez' style gives Pacquiao problems, but I believe Pac won 3 of the 4 fights, and with drug testing in place would stop Marquez in a 5th fight.

Nacho said he's not sure yet if Team Pac & the promoters will require random drug testing if there's a 5th fight with Pacquiao. If so, he wants to decline the fight. pact@rds really believe that a 5th fight is necessary and that Pacquiao will emerge victorious if they ever do clash.

Pac still makes the same mistakes.
