Lance found ways to hide the truth. He could have gotten caught if he didn't try to trick the system. So if you have the right connections, or ways, you can fail as many times as you want because it could be hidden from the world.

Not saying that Floyd did or didn't but with today's testing in boxing, it's still easier to get away with it than cyclists. Yet, just by the fact that some cyclists are getting caught, you know that they are still doing it, right? Why? because they still believe that they have a way of doing it and not getting caught. So that means that it's still NOT a full proof system today.

Floyd has the money, power and connections. So again, not saying he has but anything is possible. Lance was under the microscope yet was not caught until being incriminated due to his inner circle who squealed on him.

So for some writers to bring up those rumors makes you say that there is a bigger possibility that perhaps Floyd did.
