    So what is stopping Rios vs Provodnikov?

    Both are with out opponents right? Or is Ruslan fighting DeMarco (WTF?)

      Rios said during the whole Pacquaio build-up that 147 was his weight and that he'd never go back down.

        I don't think they want prov or rios to lose right now, they are acting like GBP not matching their good fighters

            From what I've seen, Provodnikov's side isn't too interested. Rios sounds like he's willing to move down, which was the issue at first, but it still isn't happening.

              Yeah I agree, the fighters are down but it doesn't sound like the promoters on either side want it much (or at all).
