He means they may have a few fighters that take the test. One fighter may take tests jan-feb. Then another fighter will be taking tests march-april etc. So a number of different individual fighters there are taking test during different times of the year. Normal protocol is around 2 months up until the fight.

There are not a single fighter at mayweather promotions that take usada test 365. Not even Floyd.

First of all, no Floyd you were not the pioneer of 365/24/7 testing. Your random testing protocol is and always was bogus. You dont get tested year round.

Second of all, Ellerbe said all of our fighters. And when the guy finally decided to ask if Floyd was gonna be involved did you see how vague his answer was? And didn't even make eye contact.

Also keep in mind, the interviewer wasn't too specific. "Will Floyd also be involved?" could mean a lot of things. For all we know Floyd could be "involved" but just making sure his fighters get tested. It doesn't necessarily mean he will be tested year round too.
