According to the wife and manager of World Boxing Association (WBA) bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (35-2-1, 12KOs) of Panama, there are serious discussions to have a unification with International Boxing Federation (IBF) champion Stuart Hall (16-2-2, 7KOs) on June 6th in London, England.
Rouss Laguna Moreno says she is currently discussing the final details of the agreement with Asif Vali, who is working on behalf of Hall. According to Laguna, the WBA has already approved Chemito to go forward with this important unification encounter.

I am more than confused. The WBA ordered both Chemito vs Payano and that they needed to come to an agreement by the 24th of April. Am I missing something here?
