GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA - Heavyweight ****er Alex Leapai of Australia, the WBO's number one contender, was training hard at the PCYC Gym in Gold Coast. Lepai is in training for his April 26th showdown with heavily favored WBO/IBO/WBA/IBF champion Wladmir Klitschko, taking place in Germany. Leapai earned the shot with last year's unexpected victory over previously undefeated Denis Boytsov. The underdog have vowed to knock Klitschko out. [Click Here To Read More]

I saw this leapi fight in YouTube. He might be strong, but he is definitely not fast. Wlad will use him as a punching bag.

I love how we analyze stills shots of a fighters expressions, hand placement, etc casually training in front of the press.

I guess Wlad should be doomed for carrying his left so low. His chin is wide open for a right hand.

Or Ali was going to get blasted by Foreman because his chin is wide open when throwing this left.

Ali is a horrible example. He had reflexes like no other. But I get your point and you're right.

Anyway, is this dude rocking a snag?

I wonder if Leapai drove his own taxi to get to the gym?

This fight is an embarrasment for the sport. I hope Leapai shocks the world, but we know he won't.

Leapai can only hope to get lucky with one of those wild hooks.
