In what must surely rank as another travesty, the World Boxing Foundation has approved a WBF Asia-Pacific junior lightweight title fight between the Philippines Rolando Gerongco, who has lost five of his last six fights, against Australia’s Daniel Hoskins who has failed to win in his last eleven fights. The fight for the vacant title is scheduled for February 5 in Sydney, Australia. [details]
