Not necessarily Lopez just had nothing to lose and in his position couldn't afford to let a big payday like Canelo pass by.

Too bad, most of the guys Thurman says are ducking him are all battle-weary. They fought each other. Where was he in those battles? He's nowhere to be found and was fighting cab drivers.

Lopez alone fought Vargas, Ortiz, Canelo, Maidana...
